Jobsoid allows you to customize your careers portal in the manner you want. Design your branded careers site with engaging content, organized job listings and beautiful image galleries.
Adding HTML Content to your page
Click on Add Page on the Portal Pages tab on the Careers Portal page. You will be taken to Add Portal Page
Click on (+) Add Section which is right below the Page Header section. Select HTML Content
Give a Title and Subtitle to your section
Using the rich text editor, enter the content you want to display on your page
You can style it the way you wish to. You can apply various formatting styles, add bulleted lists, add data in table format, add links and insert images.
If you wish to delete this section, click on (-) icon
Adding Job Listing section to your page
Click on (+) Add Section which is right below the Page Header section on the Add Portal Page
Select Job Listing from the drop down
Give a Title and Subtitle to your section respectively
You can display your jobs belonging to a particular department or location. Select the desired department/location from the respective drop down lists
Group the job openings on the desired criteria. You can group them either on Department or Location or allow Jobsoid group them automatically by selecting Auto option. You can also choose not to group them at all
Set the desired layout - Stacked or Tiled accordingly
Click on (-) icon if you want to delete the Job Listings section
Adding Image Gallery to your page
Click on (+) Add Section which is right below the Page Header section on the Add Portal Page. Select Image Gallery
Give a Title and Subtitle to your section respectively
Select the type of view you want your images to be displayed. You can present it in a Grid View or a Slider View
Click on (+) Upload Images to add images to your gallery. You can upload multiple images at a time
To remove an uploaded image, click on (X) icon present on the top corner of the image
To delete the entire image gallery section, click on (-) icon
You can also re-arrange the sections on the portal pages. To do so, set the Rearrange Toggle to ON and drag-drop the sections to rearrange them.
You can add all the sections on the same page or create individual pages for each section type. There are no restrictions if you include multiple sections belonging to a particular section type on one portal page.
