Jobsoid lets you add tags to contacts to help you in organizing your contacts. Just like folders, tags will help you classify your contacts in various categories.

Adding Tags on Contacts

Jobsoid allows you to create tags directly from the Contact Details page. You can add any number of tags on a contact.

 To add a tag on a Contact, 

1. Go to the desired Contact Details page

2. Click on (+) New near the tag icon under the contact owner. It will turn into a text box upon clicking

3. Type out your tag in the text box and press enter

4. You will see the applied tag beside the New button

You can also create your tags in the Settings and add them as and when required.

To create tags in Settings,

1. Go to the CRM section in the Settings page

2. Click on Tags

3. Click on (+) New button on the top right corner, just below the navigation bar. This will open Edit Tag page

4. Enter the tag name in the text box

5. To save, click on the Save button

Removing Tags on Contacts

1. Go to the desired Contact Details page

2. You will see all the tags that have been added on that particular Contact

3. Hover the mouse over the tag you wish to remove

4. Click on (X) icon

Managing Tags

You can edit or delete a tag which has been created by you at any time.

To edit a tag, 

1. Go to Tags under CRM section in Settings

2. Click on the Edit icon next to the tag name on the Tags page

3. Enter the desired tag name and click on Save button

To delete a tag, 

1. Go to Tags under CRM section in Settings

2. Click on the Delete icon next to the tag name. A pop-up message asking you to confirm the deletion will open up

3. Click on Delete button
